To facilitate exchange/foster opportunities by connecting artists of different genres to collaborate in new projects:

1. facilitate collaboration between local artists from different genres/disciplines
2. facilitate collaboration between local artists and national/international guests
3. create opportunities for local ensembles/musicians/composers to showcase their works and collaborate with ensembles/musicians/composers in other cities in Canada or internationally
