To compliment the in-person live concerts in Vancouver, the 2022 Sound of Dragon Music Festival showcases online a number of creative cross-cultural projects rooted or influenced by Chinese traditions from local and international artists. While travel restrictions are still very tight in Asia due to new waves of COVID cases, we are able to introduce to our audience the music created in another continent through this online presentation. At the same time, we are releasing videos we have produced over the past year, showcasing Vancouver’s Sound of Dragon Ensemble, Vancouver Erhu Quartet, and Crossbridge Strings.
